Our company PALTOS LLC for more than 15 years has been paying special attention to every product, cargo arriving at our recipients. For each recipient, it is very important that the goods are safe and sound. For this, modern transshipment facilities are used both in the port and outside the port.

At present, when transshipment ports and complexes very quickly process a large amount of cargo, each client wants to be the first to receive their goods with a budget component saving. For this, optimal transshipment schemes are selected. These schemes can include both air, rail, auto delivery, and the disbanding and storage in small batches and partial movements.

There is a service tariff for each operation, therefore we will provide some information, having familiarized yourself with it, you will be able to calculate and make decisions on how to choose the scheme of moving your goods economically and how expeditiously the freight forwarder, carrier, broker, port services need to work so that you can receive on time your goods and be the first in the market with a competitive price for the goods. We will do everything so that your goods are received and processed first.

Section 1.1. THC rates

(in case of establishment of tariffs for handling works (THC) by respective state authorities, the payment for handling works shall be applied according to the current regulatory acts of Ukraine)

1.1.2. empty containers (export-import):

20 feet container = 139.70 USD per container;
40 feet container = 155.30 USD per container;
45 feet container = 170.70 USD per container;

Section 1.2. Restowing for vessels:

1.2.1. 100.00 USD per standard container;
1.2.2. 150.00 USD per OOG container;

OOG (out-of-gauge) containers (in present Addendum) are all containers / flatracks / open top containers / distorted containers / and others, which cannot be handled by a standard spreader and/or which cannot be stored inside yard blocks;

Section 1.3. Other extra stevedoring services:

1.3.1. Opening and closing of a vessel’s hatch covers – 150.00 USD per 1 hatch cover;

1.3.2. attaching and using of a special overheight frame or slings to the STS-crane’s standard spreader for discharging or loading an OOG container

75.00 USD per OOG container;

(in USD per 1 container, per each day) (the second day of storage commences from 00:00h of the day following the day of arrival, as registered by Container Terminal Information system CTIS).

Section 5.1. Using of loading technique in yard upon a separate client’s request (minimum charge is ½ hour; thereafter charge will be in steps of ½ hours):

Charge per each ½ hour

5.1.1. Using of reachstacker for full containers, loading capacity 40-45 t = 35.00 USD;

5.1.2. Using of reachstacker for empties, loading capacity 18-25 t = 30.00 USD;

5.1.3. Using of stacker loading capacity 1,5-2 t = 12.50 USD;

5.1.4. Using of transtainer = 30.00 USD;

5.1.5. Using of a ship-to-shore gantry crane = 81.25 USD;

Section 5.2. Using of a truck with trailer upon a separate client’s request in different directions:

5.2.1. From the territory of State Enterprise “Container Terminal Odessa” to the territory of Brooklyn-Kiev Port LLC and back – 60 USD for 1 container (full/empty) one way upon condition that the equipment was used no longer than 120 min. If the equipment was used longer than 120 min double coefficient shall be applied.

5.2.2. From the territory of State Enterprise “Container Terminal Odessa” to the territory of Novolog LLC and back – 45 USD for 1 container (full/empty) one way upon condition that the equipment was used no longer than 90 min. If the equipment was used longer than 90 min double coefficient shall be applied.

5.2.3. From the territory of SC HPC Ukraina to the territory of Olimpex Coupe International LLC and back – 30 USD for 1 container (full/empty) one way upon condition that the equipment was used no longer than 60 min. If the equipment was used longer than 60 min double coefficient shall be applied. The tariff for using a truck with a trailer to other directions is subject to additional agreement of the Parties.
